Tomorrow I will be giving a talk to 45 women at a FABWomen networking event! I’m co-presenting with a business coach. I’ll be sharing a practice they can use to support themselves in being more authentic and real in interactions like Sales conversations.

And is this ever a time I need to listen to what I’m saying! To practice what I preach!

I’ve known this was coming for several months, and I wrote and re-wrote versions ad nauseum! And now it’s time to let those go and just speak from my heart.

I these last few days I’ve put practicing the talk on the back burner, and have been doing more self-care to manage my anxiety! Going for walks, taking baths, anchoring into my Divine Coordinates^®… and connecting in with why I do this work: to make the world a better place by helping women to shine!

Deep breath!

I want to enjoy the experience, and give myself the gift of gentleness and grace for however it goes…
