Cultivating Feminine Presence Classes
How to Face Any Situation with Confidence & Grace
Imagine for a moment how you feel when…
- You have the eyes of a group on you as you speak
- You are having a performance review and are afraid of what you will be hearing
- You are having an argument with someone significant in your life
- You are looking for a relationship, and it seems like you’ve got to “put yourself out there”
- You are in a relationship, but have lost much of the passion and connection
Many women tend to avoid stepping into these kinds of situations, or become almost paralyzed by nervousness, or put on a mask and try to “power through” them.
And then you are drained, feel uneasy about how you handled it, or what you said and are afraid you will be “found out” around what’s really happening underneath.
How would it feel if instead you could…
- Connect and share from your heart when in front of a group?
- Come to a performance review from a place of openness and strength?
- Stay connected while still disagreeing with another?
- Effortlessly attract welcome attention from potential partners?
- Rekindle your connection and desire for intimacy?
I used to feel mousy and insecure in groups, looking to others for cues of how to be. However, at other times, I could start railroading people and situations (especially in my immediate family!) to make what I wanted to happen.
I grew up in a religiously conservative family where women were supposed to “be subservient”, at least theoretically, but I also had a mom who was a powerhouse when it came to what “was right & proper” in her rule book.
In retrospect I yo-yo’d back and forth between these tendencies, and usually felt like I was doing something wrong, or that there was something wrong with me.
As you might guess, this way of being didn’t make for a healthy marriage partnership, and eventually after some crises and growing distance, I started in earnest on my healing journey.
On that journey I found my purpose and learned to be more true to myself, and now I support other women in finding and living their truth through transformational coaching.
One significant aspect of my healing was in how I related to myself as a woman. I used to downplay and reject notions of being feminine, and wanted to be treated equal to or the same as men. God-forbid if someone tried to open a door for me!
But something was missing. When I learned about the power that is naturally available to women, and that can be accessed and enhanced without a need to rely on external put-on’s, something clicked into place.
I had found a way to come from a grounded and centered place and be authentic and comfortable with who I was as a woman, and enjoy relating to the world around me in new ways.
I share these practices in my Cultivating Feminine Presence™ classes for women who desire an ease and freedom in how they show up with others.
In these classes you learn tools and practices that support you in rediscovering aspects of your being that may have been dismissed or forgotten.
You will be tuning in to that inner power source and discovering how to amplify this power so you can reclaim your feminine strengths and feel at ease, confident and magnetic.
Here’s what a couple of women who have taken this class shared…
From Sara D:
The experience has made a huge difference in the way I feel when interacting with others. I noticed that people respond to me differently in many different situations, personally and professionally.
• I feel I am receiving more respect from my professional peers. After the first class, I became more confident in my meetings with others and was told repeatedly that I should get on the local speaking circuit.
• My husband even noticed me differently. We had been having marital issues for months. We saw each other the day after a class. He knocked on the front door and I immediately used the tools Lois taught us to embody feminine energy. I opened the door and the first thing out of his mouth was, “You are a goddess!”
• I have found it easier to access my intuition and listen to it. I feel more comfortable in my body, more grounded and more like a woman. I have also had an easier time with self-care, allowing myself to rest when I need to. I can detach from situations that do not serve me and I believe in myself more.
Mary T. shared:
“I honestly did not know what to expect from Lois’s class, but it far exceeded anything I could possibly imagine. I was 24 weeks pregnant with my first child at the start of the class and struggled with self-confidence, feeling grounded and my emotional wellbeing was not healthy. I wasn’t comfortable or at peace with this new “version” of myself.
The class helped me to quiet my mind, release anxiety, and focus on both love for myself as well as fully receiving love from others. It gave me practical and simple-to-apply techniques to tap into my feminine energy as well as ground myself.
The class also helped me be aware of other’s energy and protect myself from it when necessary, using exercises that I learned from Lois.
This experience was profoundly moving for me on many levels and I highly recommend the class.”
Here’s what you’ll receive from the classes:
- You’ll leave feeling centered and relaxed
- Feel supported by and connected with other women in profound ways
- Learn new tools to use immediately in challenges like dealing with your mom, your partner, or at work
- There is a cumulative effect as you practice during the week and attend the 5 sessions of the class
- Personalized coaching as you learn the practices
