I have found myself being drawn into something new and different in the last week. A friend was sharing her intention to do her art everyday with The 100 Day Project, and that got me thinking about what I could do. Poems, is what came up!

So I’m on Day 5 today, and I’ll continue sharing here as well as on FB and Instagram, using the hashtag #100daysofpoemsbylois. You can find others’ work at #the100dayproject.

Diva

 “Oh no you don’t!”
 said my ma.
 “Don’t you ever try that again!”
 Who do you think you are?!”
 “Oh,” said the wide-mouthed frog, and
 She never opened her mouth wide again.
